This policy outlines how and when orders from www.jungle-organic.com are processed, shipped, and delivered. We aim to provide timely and safe delivery of your organic dry fruits across India.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes within India. If your location is not covered by our logistics partners, we will notify you after order placement and issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to high demand.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times (post dispatch) are as follows:
- Metro cities: 2 to 5 working days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4 to 7 working days
- Remote or rural areas: 6 to 10 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Threshold]
- A flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount] may apply on smaller or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking ID
- A link to track your order in real-time on the courier’s website
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of order placement, please contact us at connect@jungle-organic.com.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
- The order may be returned to us
- Re-delivery can be arranged with additional shipping charges
- Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries on perishable goods
7. Packaging & Handling
- All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof, eco-conscious packaging
- We ensure all items are sealed, fresh, and damage-free before dispatch
- In case you receive a damaged or opened package, please take photos and email us within 24 hours of delivery
8. Order Delays or Non-Delivery
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, we may issue a refund or resend the items at our discretion.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available in select pin codes
- COD orders may involve additional charges
- Please keep exact change ready for the delivery executive
