Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all transactions conducted on www.jungle-organic.com. As we deal in natural, perishable food items, specific restrictions apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. No Returns or Refunds After Dispatch

Please note that all products sold on our website are perishable organic food items. For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched from our facility.

Customers are advised to verify product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact details carefully before placing an order.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only under the following condition:

  • The cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse

To cancel your order before dispatch, please email us at connect@jungle-organic.com with your Order ID and contact details. Once your order is marked as shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Tampered with (seal broken on arrival)

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by writing to connect@jungle-organic.com. Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging along with your Order ID.

Upon internal review, we may offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.

4. Bulk Orders and Custom Packaging

For corporate orders, gift hampers, and bulk purchases:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
  • No returns or refunds will be processed after dispatch
  • Damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours, with photographic evidence
